At Do Not Disturb Co., we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a straightforward 7-day return policy designed to make the process as easy as possible for you. We believe in the quality of our products, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt, or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order within 2 days of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

Order Cancellations or Change Requests

We are not able to cancel or change orders once placed, because we do strive to deliver as soon as possible. 

Photos

All photos are edited and may appear to look a shade different based on the edit. We try our best to show the true colors, but sometimes an edit will be slightly brighter or darker. Make sure before purchasing if you are concerned about this to reach out for a raw photo any time.
